The Enrichment Pack helps you review and strengthen your enrichment offer against the DfE's Enrichment Framework (published June 2026): eight benchmarks and five categories. Built by practising school leaders in the HeadteacherChat community.
The framework is non-statutory. It is not a new legal duty or an Ofsted inspection framework, and this pack supports your own review alongside the official DfE material on GOV.UK.
