How to join and use the community

Your paid membership account and the community both run in Circle.

  1. Start your membership.Request school membership or choose individual membership. For individual membership, Circle shows its billing, renewal and cancellation terms before you pay.
  2. Open the member community.Circle holds the private member areas and the library of downloadable resources included with membership.
  3. Come back through Member login.Use the website login link or the HeadteacherChat Community app whenever you return.

Private means private. HeadteacherChat does not publish member questions, posts or messages outside Circle.

Is The Roundup free to read?

The summaries and source links are free to read. Detailed recommendations on next steps are available to paid members. Membership also includes the private community and downloadable resources in Circle.

Are printed planners included in membership?

Individual members buy printed planners separately from the shop. The school team package includes one planner per person: A planner each, while stocks last and subject to availability. Paid membership includes the private Circle community and the downloadable resource library in Circle.

Where does the community run?

The community and membership account run on Circle, a separate platform. Its account, posts and messages are governed by the community rules and Circle terms as well as HeadteacherChat's published privacy notice.

Are member conversations private?

Yes. Member conversations stay inside Circle. HeadteacherChat does not reuse private questions, posts or messages as public website content.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

For individual membership bought through Circle, billing, renewals, cancellation and refund terms are shown in its checkout and account terms. For school membership arranged by invoice, contact the team about billing, renewal, cancellation or refunds. Planner and template refunds are handled under the School Leaders Shop terms; email us if the route or terms are not clear before you pay.
