I offer a coaching service for school leaders. I work via video call and offer a variety of coaching packages. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where leaders can talk through their challenges and goals and find clarity and perspective. I support coachees to find ways to make their roles more sustainable into the longer term.
I offer a bespoke coaching service, tailored to the needs of individuals. I hold space for the difficult emotions that come up in the course of working as a school leader, and then support leaders to move forward in a way that's guided by their values. My work as a coach is underpinned by my own core values of empowerment, creativity and compassion. I'm on a quest with my clients to find more sustainable ways of leading schools.
