The NCE offers incredible, fully funded Leadership, Management and Classroom Support apprenticeships to the school sector. We work with 2,000 schools in England across 120 LAs and over 650 MATs, helping schools of all sizes utilise their apprenticeship levy and create a remarkable professional development offer that supports retention, recruitment and wellbeing. Many of our Leadership programmes offer a funded Masters pathway upon completion, and our Advanced Skills Teaching Assistant Programme provides a specialist pathway in the area most needed in your school.
