We offer schools various options for staff supervision:
1. Supervision from a clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience offering supervision and supervision training to professionals in statutory services. Louise is a warm, approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable and highly skilled supervisor trained in a number of supervision models and reflective practice. She is a positively upbeat, containing supervisor who is also able to help problem solve. A safe space in supervision will be provided to reflect on being a teacher/senior leader/manager, the emotional impact of being a teacher and caring for children with complex needs as well as developing helpful action plans. The cost of this option is £100 per hour.
2. Supervision from an experienced teacher specialising in special educational needs trained in supervision and reflective practice in schools. Kevin is an approachable, compassionate, knowledgeable and skilled supervisor with unique insight into the challenges of being a senior leader in a primary school, teaching and caring for children with complex additional needs in education. £70 per hour all seen on the same day in school on a Friday.
