Chatterboxes is an independent speech and language therapy service supporting schools with assessments, therapy, training and practical resources. Based in Birmingham and the West Midlands, Chatterboxes works directly with children and school staff to improve communication, language development and confidence. Their school offer includes one-to-one therapy, staff training, assessments and a structured Speech and Language Scheme designed to help schools embed practical support across the year. The Chatterboxes Speech and Language Scheme has been described as “an SLT in a box”. There are three versions of the scheme: Primary, Early Years and Resource Bases.
